The sales agents get 50% commission for each introduction that results in a license purchase. Sales agent program rules
The
sales agent involvement is limited to non-US based client referrals and , if necessary, providing assistance to clients in installing APS and understanding the program functions. In case a sales agent operates a
web site or uses electronic means of contacting customers, any promotional material involving references to APS Automatic Pattern Search must be first approved by Harrison Investments, Inc.
No sales agent is authorized to send bulk e-mail on behalf of Harrison Investments, Inc. or on behalf of the developers of the products sold, especially if such email contains any references to APS, to Harrison Investments, Inc. or to the developers of the products sold and such activity is strictly prohibited.
A sales agent operates under a contract agreement and is not an employee or representative of Harrison Investments, Inc. or of the developers of the products sold. A sales agent is not allowed to
represent Harrison Investments, Inc. or the developer of any of the products sold, unless a written permission is obtained. Commissions are paid by wire transfer to a bank account in the name of the sales agent.
Commissions are paid only after a sale is made and payment is received. Harrison Investments, Inc. reserves the right to refuse a sale or renewal of use of its products to anyone without having to disclose the
reasons for the refusal and also withhold commissions resulting from order cancellations. Harrison Investments, Inc. is not liable for any disputes that may arise between sales agents regarding customer
introductions and any commission disputes must be resolved by the parties involved only. Harrison Investments, Inc. reserves the right to change the price of its products at any time and modify or
